Our Services division is responsible for the provision and support for products over the entire life cycle. This includes integrated logistic support, which is aimed at ensuring the products‘ subsequent maintainability by taking appropriate precautions during the development and production phase and support post delivery, i.e. in-service support, training and special services. Our services ensure maximum product reliability, especially in mission-critical situations.

Our Service Offerings


Depending on the fleet and the requirements various maintenance options can be offered. Case by case scenarios as well as contracts with an annual maintenance fee and support-by-the-hour are available.

To get familiar with all the functions and features of the system product training is recommended. HENSOLDT Avionics offers trainings to be conducted at customers location or at our training facility in Germany. Several packages are available to meet exactly the needs of the operator.

FLARM firmware update

In need of an update for the FLARM firmware, here you will find an overview over the current versions for the HENSOLDT Avionics FLARM Module (P/N 257.022-044) and the Multipurpose Antenna (P/N 257.050-002).
